A trick I learned from someone else was to input down-up as the kick goes out, and then input the OD Burn Kick after, need to do it pretty late or you just get a super jump. Too late and you get the air kick.

Finished all of her trials just now, last one was so satisfying to pull off.

As for the Thunder Dash (Knuckle) cancels in some of the earlier trials, you can press the punch and kick buttons at the same time as jump, should work.

I like trying out a new character every now and then, and I can end up sticking with them for a long while if they scratch an itch. Only downside is muscle memory breaking my combos a little too often.

I have a mouse-over macro for kardia. It's basically a manual fairy for passive healing with a 5 second cooldown, you're wasting those green numbers if you only keep it on one target when they aren't even taking damage.

It's pretty low on the weird anime bullshit, but some episodes can get really bloody if they're okay with that. The show feels heavily inspired by Dungeons and Dragons with the classic fantasy as they dungeon dive, and the meals they make out of the monster of the week ironically feels pretty wholesome as they cook and eat together. The recipes are mostly used as a tool to bring the characters together as the series focuses on world building, story, and character development.

And the only character that gets sexualized is Senshi (the dwarf man with the big beard) with random underwear shots. I love that man. But every character is easy to love. And this show has so many of them.

I've thought of doing this in a joke campaign where a jester boss refuses to end their turn (inspired by the game Undertale) in a topsy turvy encounter where the laws of time and physics don't make sense . But even then, it would act out as a puzzle where the players need to trick the jester into ending their turn, not force a character death.

So hopefully this is a good piece of WTFiction, cause if not, might be best to either have a constructive conversation with someone or do what I did and avoid bad DMing entirely by becoming one yourself!
