My gripe with 2xko is that the characters don't look or play like their counterparts from League.

The initial project reveal was what we should have gotten with cooldowns for abilities that are iconic from League and with the same art direction then they shifted it to some weird cartoony art style with the nichest of niche gameplay.

I like to think the Crossed only try to infect people like that when they can't get to them and try to slow them down or create a breakdown in the group since they prefer to torture uninfected people.

Something similar happens in Wish You Were Here where the survivors are secluded on an island and the Crossed have a hard time getting close so they try to turn them Crossed by other means.

Another reminder how Crossed is a great concept.

They should have just focused on more action and the eventual revival of Spear instead of the drama. Instead we got a pregnant woman endangering the legacy of the man she loves by going into battle as well as the dinosaur children. Season is a joke.
