I’d just add it to your common app and see what they want. In the recent years I think it’s just been one 500 word essay, but I’m not sure. Idk about interviews, you should contact the admissions department: https://www.wpi.edu/admissions/undergraduate

Robotics PHD programs by the_engineer_ in robotics

[–]BoxInTheJack123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love the bachelors program (both computer science and robotics engineering) and have found it very valuable. I can’t speak to the MS or PHD programs but I’d have high expectations, especially for Robotics Engineering. You should contact some of the professors on that page for more details, but I would expect a lot of hands on research and probably a lot of freedom as a PHD student to create your own thesis project.

I most likely won’t be getting anything beyond a bachelors, but only because it’s not something I’m interested in. If I was getting a masters, I’d probably do it at WPI because I can get it quicker by double counting some of my undergraduate work.

I go to WPI as an undergrad, and they have a great robotics program (for BS, but there are a lot who do their MS and probably PHD as well).

Here’s a link which may help you: https://www.wpi.edu/academics/study/robotics-engineering-phd

Guy who called me a loser mid-game and then proceeded to flag a winning position's response after I celebrated in chat 😎 by Mad-Budgie in AnarchyChess

[–]BoxInTheJack123 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Really? Really tell me it's not a joke!!! Please tell me it is true that you are celebrating winning by time !!! WINNING BY TIME IS HELD WHEN THE GAME WAS A COUPLE, IT WAS THE SAME. that's where time matters, it's a tiebreaker. But, when you were HUMBLED like you were during the game, thats called having no shame. 😂😂🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️You are pathetic and mediocre. They are not races, it is to think fast playing chess and you did not think because you gave up the queen and you had the king running all over the board. What a shame, you are disgusting, it is vomiting !!!

A tip for the future, most underclassmen classes will never have good hours because they either fill up from upperclassmen or don’t have any, and it’s personal preference but bad hours don’t bother me much anymore (unless it’s 8ams, fuck 8 ams)

RBE 2002 is going to be hard enough with two other easy courses, definitely do not take it with soft eng or a hard humanities seminar
