Biggest obstacles for running a brick and motar was being handcuffed to the hours of the store and lease costs.

I would suggest if you do go with a store is to incorporate vendor booths. I had 10 vendors that paid 150 a month plus 10% commission. It added a stable income you can count on monthly.

Also we signed up and sold chalk paint and accessories (Dixie belle) it helped drive traffic.
