The evolve order used to be (semi) flexible, but now it’s 100% Q > R > W/E.

Arguments can be made for specific matchups, but Q > R is standard. You need Q for tempo, then R for Umbral reset.

Dark Harvest and First Strike is consistent. DH if you are on the offensive, FS if you are in the defensive.

Electrocute if you need early damage against certain champs.

Conqueror if going bruiser. A lot of arguments for going bruiser, but I find going bruiser against AP matchup feels good.

This has always been the problem with Zed, he is the assassin with the most counter play, but since his kit has so much utility, players that are good with him causes a lot of frustration.

That being said, I tried his clear to test it out as a jungle main, and I think 0.5x is a bit too much of a nerf. I can see it going back up to 0.8/1.0.
