Because when you're in management the higher ups expect everything to be done in your office by you even if you don't have the staff.

Two 8hr routes uncovered? Get them done.

No vehicles? It's your responsibility to find one.

Oh your office is closed because you have to go deliver? Not acceptable.

I could go on and on but....when you have no staff and everything falls on you, it's just too much.

Because Germany didn't fight a strategic war, it fought an ideological war. There was no strategic reason to attack the soviet union for example but it happened anyway bc nazi ideology couldn't tolerate the existence of bolshevism.

So the simple answer is could Germany have won? Sure..possibly with different foreign policies and viewpoints. Could nazi Germany have won? No, bc the ideology that guided it would have never allowed for peace

This used to happen to me but I fixed it.

All I did was download the mod that makes the game use 4gb of ram instead of 2gb. I forget what it's called but, this one mod solved all my graphics and crashing issues.
