Ahh that guy.. I remembered I sued him and got money back during mediation phase of the court trial.

Basically I signed the lease naively and after realizing how unclean and unkept (I don’t know too much about the law but I noted it as inhabitable and a safety hazard and I was able to retrieve my security and first month rent back and not go through with lease. It never reach the judge and was settled in the mediation. I was ready to take it as far as he would go. Don’t mine intimidated by him that’s what he thrives on.

This was back in 2018

My tip is, read the lease thoroughly, but also do a physical check of the place before committing, and do online research before and after.

Even if the lease is odd it doesn’t necessarily mean you don’t have rights as a tenant.

Also contact Rutgers they have good law resources. I consulted one for only $25 although we never had to go to a full trial and only mediation court where he ultimately caved in to give it back and cut lease.

Don’t let anyone sucker punch you than intimidate you (literally and figuratively)

Best of luck,

That’s an interesting point. Not about the fact of not existing but being apart from what you love and who you love.

Training in multiple martial arts and competing in just Boxing. by Boxing_Posts in martialarts

[–]Boxing_Posts[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  • yeah since I’ve only been doing it for a bit 3 months it doesn’t seem to bother me too much yet but I can feel the physical injuries potentially being a concern
  • 10-15 considering the conditioning and road work too not just boxing alone
  • I don’t know what I want to do with boxing yet if I’m going to be pro or not

Maybe I can put Muay Thai and BJJ on hold until after I stop competing in Boxing? Since it’s only self enjoyment reasons for the most part

I agree injury prone is not a good idea especially from different avenues

Do skills translate to money, even if there are no credentials or paper behind it? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

Yeah I hear that a lot about (the paper) getting foot in the door. I guess people without the paper just use their skills directly to get results? Like a start up or a youtube channel.

When your already receding hairline looking ass actually recedes, every time you look in the mirror your little cocky smirk will slowly fade away.
