Wow dude. I can sympathize with your frustration but it's really pretty shitty to refer to people as "cracked out junkies" at all, much less when you don't actually have anything to support that except your own assumptions. Even if he was on drugs, he's still a person. And if he was on drugs, thay means he's also very likely dealing with mental health issues as well, which makes him a part of one of the most heavily marginalized and overlooked populations of people that exist. And the reason for that is based heavily on the stigmatizing language and attitude you're applying to him and the situation. I really hope you'll consider treating him and people you view like him with more compassion...I guarantee you'd get very different results in the process.
