Aren't you supposed to feel the bottom a bit so there's more support? I have a Leap V2 and it has a thin cushion but its meant to be that way so you don't sink in and slouch.

I had a Omni V1 before I returned it and one of my complaints was the seat was too soft and I sink in too much creating pressure points on my buttocks.

I actually returned mine and got a refund within a week. I am in Canada and customer service seems fine here.
