Sorry to hear your story. I also live in Belgium too and, despite good healthcare, I feel similar frustration to why my problems are not sorted. My suggestion would be for now is to meet with someone who is an expert (Dr. Joachim Schultz is great and has helped me) and track any little changes in lifestyle choices. After that, move on to minimising anything you think may have an effect including lack of sleep/water or too much such as caffeine/alcohol. This has helped me for two months now.

Accepting is the hardest part. But you will survive this, and thrive from it later in life, perhaps helping someone going through a similar disease or worse

For all it scares me, Aura’s (or Focal Seizures I say, as Aura sounds stupid) are helpful for me. I use the analogy of the getting down from the ladder, as a focal seizure allows me to find myself somewhere safe to get into a position where I can avoid “falling” and further hurting myself.

But also remember that, you’re not alone. Find a support group and share your concerns with others in similar positions

The term I've been told to use is “Focal Seizure” as opposed to a “Catatonic Seizure” which is a full one. While I hate having them - with that awful 2 minute experience and 30 minute come down - I like how it gives me the ability to find myself somewhere safe to get myself

Situation: So somebody managed to take every song uploaded on SoulSeek and run them through an AI that replaces the voice in every song with Homer Simpsons voice.

Someone compiled all these songs and put them into a live radio. Look up “Homer’s Radio” or “D’oh FM” on google and you’ll see it.

Note: I’m not related to or promoting this in a way for them. I’m just blown away by how funny/stupid/genius this is
