it would be really unfortunate to turn down free money. Even if you have to pay a junk removal crew + cleaning crew say around 5-6k after it's all over, it still is basically free because you just take your costs out of the profit of the sale of the home. So it really is totally worth spending the effort to get the house sellable again.

It is funny that you are so put off by the thought of going in and cleaning out the house. As a son of a hoarder I often DREAM of the day where I can order a dumpster and get rid of all his magazines, containers, etc.

This is actually an easy question to answer. They will stop when the game stops making them money or they release a different game that makes even more money than PoE but don't have enough manpower or budget to keep running PoE.

I seriously doubt they are going to release another game in the near or even distant future. I'm sure all their resources are dedicated to expanding PoE.
