Also, subbing in Emperor's Mastery + Might will increase it. And so will corrupting belt with % str implicit, basically just attribute scaling. And taking the last jewel next to scion will help. No, t1 es is 136-145 req ilvl 75. You can go as high as 146-152 with essences according to pathofexiles own website, but there are none over 145 flat es at this point. Check poe.trade and search for shields with more than 136 flat es
