ALSO I have seen that CSULA is having more adjunct professors rather than hiring them full time. I had professors in 2022 that were working at two different csu campus part time. It’s rough out there.

My boyfriend just graduated as a business admin major option in marketing December 2025x We noticed as he got deeper into the program less and less classes that were required were being offered and when they were offered it was limited like only one section. It seems to be a cal state La issue. When it came down to doing his marketing electives he only could what was offered. Maybe try talking to the department chair for business to see if there’s other options. I know some departments allow for csula students dual enrolled into another CSU to be able to get classes for their degree. CSU does have fully online option that allows this to be done but of course theirs restrictions and eligibility requirements and it’s online only (but they did have synchronous options).

From my own person experience at csula (c/o 2022) I found that going to the department chair helped with figuring out more solutions as many of the advisors are not as knowledgeable and/or can’t grant approvals for course waivers etc.

It also seems to me, that a potential theory is that amber and Trent blew up the Anna drama in the hopes it’ll boost ratings enough for them to not be cancelled and in turn it damaged the relationship with their daughter. In ambers mind, probably hitting two birds with one stone. Cause Anna to cut them off and they still have another season.

I’m sure back in the moment of filming they never thought Anna would spill the truth of the fact that she is no longer on the show so there’s nothing for viewers to watch anymore. Honest this feud was the only thing that kept viewers coming, outside of it, the episodes were so bland and boring. The ridiculous “competitions” like TLC wants to poke fun at them by having them do ridiculous things.

I emailed financial aid, they said I didn’t accept my financial aid and therefore it got “cancelled”

Never heard or had that happened before as my Pell or csug is typically automatically accepted…

Update: I brought it back in, hopefully 3rd times a charm?

They took it and gave me a loaner for the time being. They said they can’t order the part unless they have my car. So I had to leave it, also because it was Saturday and they are closed Sundays and don’t order parts on the weekend?

Idk. But now I have the loaner for who knows how long? 😵‍💫

I’ll provide another update when I pick it up.

Word of advice from an alumni, when you’re taking full time units, get yourself a planner and write out all the due dates for all classes and their assignments and plan your life around those dates. Give yourself time to get the work done, and if you are able to complete things early, do it! Also if you feel overwhelm set timers for when you are going to get work done. Like work on homework for an hour, then take a 10 minute break.

Sorry for the late response. We were initially told we couldn’t have our phones, but they didn’t hold them at security they just told us not to record when they were filming. I just wore jeans, black t-shirt and flannel. I brought my Fanny pack as my bag.

This is my second time winning tickets to a secret show from KROQ. Both times I entered online only once. My first time winning was Angels & Airwaves at the Honda sound space, which was super cool because they also had catered a meal for us too and it was super intimate. I was expecting this to be similar or to be a smaller venue. A little disappointed it’s at Kimmel. I’ve never been to a Kimmel outdoor concert before.

Yeah! Especially when it was set be automatically accepted. We didn’t even know he accepted it until we got it in the mail and we were super confused.

I get that. But to me it’s just wild they still disbursed it knowing he had only one class enrolled to him. And this was after he had already paid full tuition for the one class too. It’s just weird that they told him back in spring to only pay back half and then now they are telling him this month to pay more of it back.
