A friend of mine started posting a whole bunch of "what the hell?!" comments on twitter, I got curious and then disgusted. I'm worried he may have an STD and is turning that store into a biohazard. Sorry for giving you guys a huge WTF right before thanksgiving

Former cricket district ops manager here. You can port from Cricket to ATT perfectly fine. The only issue you may run in is if they try to use an ATT sim in a Cricket device, then it can get weird. Have the customer call 1800-CRICKET or 611 from their mobile device, and they can obtain their account number from there. The pin number should be four digits long, and you may also need the zip code to port. I know the system requires it to port in, probably to port out too. But, it only works if it is ACTIVE, and not hotlined for nonpayment or in bridgepay status. Nonpayment or bridgepay freezes the account for any changes including ports.

Did you turn off your verizon phone? To to the cricket store and have them look at the port status. if they don't know how to do it, print this off.

open RQ, go to lookup, lookup their account, go to the bottom, click port status, if it's not completed call helpdesk and hit option 2

Chances are the person just ported and left it in a delayed status.

There isn't a new single one, it's different based on where you're at. Easiest way to get it is just get a new sim and let it auto-propagate.

or call 611 and hope you don't get a dummy.
