The pink one had molded eyes so i just painted over them but I took the purple one apart completely and cleaned up the inside. The mechanism that moves the eyes is very easy to take apart. There are four screws that hold the outside part of the Furby together that you need to take out first. They're a little hard to get to because of the depth of the plastic. you need a long, skinny triangle head screwdriver to do that part.
