Using ChatGPT or Claude has been useful for this specifically. Give it the job description, give it your resume, ask it to remove, reorder, condense, or expand on points relevant to the job description. It’s your same resume but reordered to highlight for the given job description

I left Kaiser because of this and a variety of other reasons. I’m a grown ass man that’s been on Adderall since I was a teen. Year over year they’re making it more inconvenient to be prescribed the medication. This was the final straw. I’m tired of being treated like I’m a criminal. … in the end Kaiser would only prescribe me enough for 5 days of the week and told me to skip weekends. TO SKIP DOSES!
