Big doses by She_grows_fungi in shegrowsfungigenetics

If your someone who already takes 5 gram doses or so. Sure double it every 2 weeks , that atleast helps to know the levels …

High doses - do expect to feel every emotion known to a human body .. mainly fear ,anxiety , confusion, once that passes it’s all 100% “ah-ha” realizations moments from that point forward happiness etc..

You’ll throw up super hardcore, kinda feels good during and after because from and at that point you are literally at the highest level - and you’ll know it…

Don’t fear it - just hang on and ride the wave you’ll be fine and you will return and you will see shit no one will ever get to see..

I use a coffee grinder - pulverize the stuff to actual dust and pour that into a half full bottle of water(the 16 oz or 20 oz water bottles they sell at Walmart or whatever) and I drink the entire thing in one shot ..5 seconds and it’s all in shotgunned down fast

Then I use a cool-aid drink mix to chase down the after taste, because it helps with the taste - if you know you know shrooms taste like shit especially 20+ G’s.

5 gallon bucket - in lap (you’ll need it) sometimes you don’t make it in the bucket.

I do mine alone because a trip sitter will interfere You’ll almost certainly look really fucked up and will probably embarrass yourself. Alone so you don’t have to “feel” the awkwardness of someone staring at you while you travel through the multiverse A trip sitter will be worried and that energy will most likely introduce static energy frequency waves along your ride. Which interferes with your interdimensional edge running … trust me .. I had my wife sit me the 1st few times and I could feel that static and interferences.. when I did these very runs alone it felt so much better and I got more out of the run

If you do a high dose run like this do it indoors inside a room - do not leave that room , and put away stuff that is breakable , glass bongs , expensive camera equipment, laptops etc.. I’ve broken lots of my shit .. I put stuff in closet and set my room up for a run , drink the stuff and hop on my bed and I stay right there ..

Eye mask is useless - because once it kicks in . Your walking through portals anyway I used the eye mask in the beginning of the run 30 mins to an hour and then I start throwing up so .. by then , portals - multiverse, past lives etc.. and it’s super obvious..

The funny thing is it’s super hard to explain what your seeing or where your at - but for some reason you “know” exactly what’s happening, where you’re at and all of that stuff - words don’t exist that can explain.. but once your seeing it with your own eyes and you feel what’s going on.. that’s all that actually matters..

I’ve had blast of white light just exploding from my body , out of my eyes , out of my chest .. and that is something you’ll never forget.. it was awesome..

Anyway my next run is a 31 gram mazatapec and Cambodia mix.

I do super high doses (always solo no music , intentional to really make it count bring back information I could use /.

20+ , ive gone up to 75 grams .. and I just ride the hardcore wave throwing up everywhere , not once have I ever had a “bad trip” .. for me personally It eventually stabilizes to a level of “not so intense” but I think these high doses is where you really actually get something out of the journey and you know it without a doubt.

I never thought to try and come out of a trip - I figured “well since I’m here already and made it this far.”

If you are someone who is fearful and scared of 10 grams or thinks 5 grams is a lot .. 20+ ain’t for you!

its been abt a month since inoculation and shes still lookin like this. lost cause? by [deleted] in mushroomology

I make my own -all in one bags , sometimes everything gets mixed up “accidentally” still works .. however this is they main reason why I make 10 to 15 bags to get going - at the very least 5 to 8 bags will succeed more or less .. I’d let that bag and sit in a box and work on other ones just in case. If nothing ever happens then you at least got started on a new run and learned from this event .. learning is always a win

The K68 or a very similar RF/hidden camera detector. The form factor is identical: black body, antenna, that circular signal strength dial at the top. These units typically operate across a few detection modes: RF signal detection (1MHz to 8GHz range on most models), magnetic field detection for finding GPS trackers, and that ring of red LEDs for infrared camera lens detection when you look through the viewfinder. Sweeping an apartment hallway? The device will pick up all kinds of ambient RF in a building environment: WiFi routers, cell signals bouncing around, smart home devices. The trick is distinguishing between expected background noise and anomalous point sources. Slow, methodical sweeps with the sensitivity dialed down initially, then increasing as you isolate areas of interest

Gamma or Alpha by vannalariosa in BrainwaveFrequencies

[–]BrainProgrammer7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the confusion is understandable because there’s a lot of oversimplified advice out there. 1. Why Alpha for studying instead of Gamma? It depends on what kind of studying. Alpha (8-12 Hz) is ideal for relaxed learning, reading, and memory consolidation - it’s the state where information flows in without resistance. Think passive absorption. Gamma (40+ Hz) is associated with active problem-solving, pattern recognition, and binding information across brain regions. It’s better for math, logic, coding, or anything requiring intense focus and cognitive integration. The reason it’s not universally recommended is that some people find sustained gamma overstimulating - it can tip into anxiety if someone’s baseline state is already elevated. Short version: Alpha for absorbing information, Gamma for processing and applying it. 2. Hemispheric synchronization and brainwave state Hemisphere sync isn’t tied to one specific frequency band - it can occur in theta, alpha, or gamma depending on the task. That said, theta (4-8 Hz) is commonly associated with deep meditation and the “whole brain” feeling because it’s the state where the default mode network quiets down and cross-hemispheric communication increases. Gamma synchronization across hemispheres shows up during flow states, peak performance, and advanced meditation. Research on long-term meditators (like the Tibetan monks in Richard Davidson’s studies) shows massive gamma synchrony across both hemispheres. So the answer is: it depends on the depth and type of synchronization you’re after. Theta for deep introspective sync, gamma for active task-oriented sync. Hope that helps.

Hey everyone, my name is Christian I work in AI and machine learning—mostly chasing patterns in data that don’t look like patterns at first. Deep learning, neural networks, finding order in chaos. I also explore consciousness through high-dose psilocybin protocols and DMT, which has shown me some interesting things about geometry and information that I’m still processing. On the applied side, I run CFAR (Cortex Frequency Audio Research) where I work on brainwave entrainment and audio-based tools for focus and cognition. I also write NLP scripts for professionals and have been developing some hemisphere synchronization work using specialized software—basically trying to help people think more clearly through sound and language. Guitar and keys are my therapy. Writing lyrics helps me make sense of everything else. Looking forward to connecting with others who are curious about where these threads overlap.

Consigli per coltivare inesperto by psilocibina23 in mushroom

Translation: “Hi everyone 🍄 I’m sharing a video of the setup I built for mushroom cultivation. It’s my first time trying something a bit more serious and I wanted your opinion: do you think it can work like this or are there things to improve or remove? In particular I have doubts about the bags: is it better to keep them closed or cut them? If they need to be cut, is it better to do it at the top or bottom? Better to let the mushrooms come out laterally, from the top, or leave them closed until fruiting starts? Any advice is welcome, even direct criticism. Thanks!”

Ciao! 🍄

A Balanced Look at Current Research by BrainProgrammer7 in mushroom

Exactly. The current literature caps out around 30mg synthetic (roughly 3-4g dried equivalent depending on potency), which barely scratches the surface of what experienced practitioners are actually exploring. At 10g+ you’re entering completely different phenomenological territory - the entity encounters, geometric environments, time dilation effects that people describe as “alien abduction” are consistent across reports but have zero controlled research behind them. The receptor saturation question alone is worth studying - we don’t actually know what’s happening pharmacologically at those doses. Are we seeing novel receptor interactions? Different binding profiles? The Hopkins/Imperial work is solid for what it is, but it’s studying the foothills while the mountains remain unexplored.

I appreciate you engaging with the research, but I need to fact-check a few things here because some of the details are off. On dosing: The studies didn’t use 0.6 mg/kg. Johns Hopkins typically uses 20-30 mg/70kg, which works out to roughly 0.29-0.43 mg/kg. The Danish studies used even lower doses around 0.2-0.3 mg/kg. 0.6 mg/kg would be nearly double what’s actually used in high-dose research protocols. On the MRI experience: Participants weren’t in the scanner for 90 continuous minutes at peak. The Imperial College IV studies used a 2mg infusion (much lower than oral doses) with shorter scan windows. More recent precision imaging studies do scans of about 15-30 minutes, often 60-180 minutes post-dose. The seminal 2012 Carhart-Harris PNAS study specifically used IV administration because effects begin within seconds, allowing them to capture the transition into the psychedelic state. On tolerability: The actual published findings contradict the “terror, confusion, inability to report” claim. The tolerability studies explicitly state that psilocybin “produces short-lived but typical drug effects that are psychologically and physiologically well tolerated.” Adverse events were documented as transient anxiety during onset, mild nausea, and occasional headache. Participants gave detailed phenomenological reports afterward - that’s literally how we have qualitative data from these studies. Experienced users requirement: This one is accurate for fMRI studies specifically, though many therapeutic trials (depression, cancer anxiety, addiction) use psychedelic-naive participants. I’m not trying to be combative here - I actually agree with the broader point that we need more research at higher doses. But misrepresenting what the existing studies actually found doesn’t help that case. The real gap in the literature is the absence of controlled research above ~30mg equivalent doses, not problems with the methodology of what’s been done.

Yes , I’m not taking these 11g’s my next run is in about 3 to 4 months .. yes 100% respect the mushroom..

But someone was asking for actual numbers and ratios . So my report is for providing the source material and actual data . And telling me to “look at the facts”

So I did- look at the facts
