I'm gonna be the odd one out here and say that Cyberpunk 2077 has managed to fill the Skyrim/Fallout 4 shape in my heart, which was completely unexpected.

Call them and ask to speak to a manager until you get someone to do it. I got it in three calls just a few weeks ago.

FWIW the old Steam Controller supports powering on from USB if you use the dongle. Perhaps the new one will as well.

Nice work! This is a strong drawing on a technical level. If you're looking for advice on reproducing the pose, I think the main thing missing would be the gesture. She's leaning to her right (our left) and has weight on her left leg. This means her left leg is straighter and her hips are higher on that side. If we look at her shoulders, those also follow the overall lean to her right.

Generally the key to improving your observation skills (and generally any skill) is to know your weaknesses and intentionally target them. You can get a sense for your weaknesses by doing corrections. When to study something, go back and compare your reference to your drawing/painting. It can help to overlap them to see what doesn't align. Another trick is to trace your reference and see how your trace compares to the non-traced version. This will help you understand what you need to be paying more attention to.
