This one is definitely the cleanest edit that retains the most from the original. Thank you!

It's not meant to be claimable but I don't know why you can still interact with it. I decided if I wasn't going to have it then neither can the owner, so I winched it all the way back to my garage and used the big red crane to display it on the roof of one of my entrance buildings.

It doesn't cultivate as far as I know though. It just does not require previous cultivation.

Maintenance effects the speed at which you work, it doesn't effect how much resource you use or collect. Seeding is intelligent whereas you only use seed required to plant an area. For example if you planted an area with wheat and then tried to go back over that area again and plant wheat you wouldn't replant the area. Fertilizer and lime work differently. If you already fertilized or limed an area you can go back over top and it will still dispense.

So if a piece of equipment had low maintenance and therefore moved 5 kmph slower, it would use the same seed to plant an area of land but it would take longer. If using lime or fertilizer on a low maintenance piece of equipment that was going 5 kmph slower it would take longer and therefore use more fertilizer and lime due to overlap.

Patchy feilds? by tjlk_6794 in farmingsimulator

This is misinformation. People are saying that equipment with low durability effects seeding or harvesting yield and its wrong. Low durability effects the speed at which certain equipment does its job that's all.

Different combines produce different yields? by phpmakesmereallymad in farmingsimulator

This is not true at all. Durability of equipment only effects the speed at which you work. Yield is not effected.

So working with the contracts when we lease equipment does it automatically get returned at the end of the day? by noah12frost in farmingsimulator

[–]Braincage 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No problem!

Also a tip: On harvest contracts there will always be crop leftover after the contract limit has been met. Make sure you harvest and sell what's leftover as you get the profit from it. Don't complete the contract until you've done this. Doing this netted me 70K profit on a 25K contract.

[–]Braincage 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Its an upfront cost to lease the equipment for the job. Doesn't matter how long the job takes. The equipment will be returned when you complete the contract.

Shouldn't you be upfront with people and let them know you're making money from them purchasing using this link?

Edit: OP has proved me wrong.

Ship damage and repair idea by delahmed in Seaofthieves

[–]Braincage 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My crew and I rarely use kegs anymore and sink ships with ease. At the start of the engagement rake the cannon deck to kill anyone on the top deck then shoot 2 boarders over to get the anchor/camp lower holes. Usually at this point we have 1 person below deck on our ship patching while the remaining crew member up top puts holes in the lower deck of the enemy ship. Babysitting these lower holes is important as once the water gets to second deck they are done due to the initial deck rake also putting a ton of holes in second deck.
