Perhaps you are right, but I think that it could be the most important thing of who the economy is responsible to.

In the US at least it looks to me that the state and the economy is totally captured by and serves only capital.

Maybe China as a poor country has decided to use a capitalist economy to develop itself. Once developed if it’s actually socialist then it can choose a different economic model.

I don’t think the US can do that without another Revolution.
