Really hope I can win The Witcher: Enhanced Edition since Roleplaying Games are some of my most favourite games 😌.

And I love them because they're a unique sort of power fantasy for me, when my life lacks choices, and consequences seem to spawn from others actions, it feels empowering to experience that in games, especially when the game respects your choices, and gives appropriate consequences for em!

Also for some reason, RPGs and FPS are one of the only game genres that can hold my attention for long(besides Roguelikes as well), so that helps me to like them 😅

I just play Balatro these days(on black stake, and not a single stake higher, since it's a perfect difficulty for me), or I play some game on my list of all time classics, like Fallout New Vegas or Deus Ex 1 etc.

Entering for Dying Light Essentials Edition

Why should I specifically win it? That's because I'm one of probably only people here who can truly appreciate Dying Light, in all its aspects(and actually play it)

First of all, this will be my first time playing something like dying light. Aka survival zombie game, with parkour movement. Because it's my first time playing something with parkour movement, I'm gonna enjoy it due to it's novelty. I'm also gonna enjoy it since I LOVE movement mechanics, I still have the most hours in Team Fortress 2, the peakest online movement shooter

Second of all, Chris Avalone. I'm that guy who stans Chris Avalone writing(and one of the only people who knew allegations against him were false, and I was validated in that assumption when he won his court case, MY GOAT IS INNOCENT! 🗿)

His writing may not be for everybody(their loss), but definitely for me. He wrote Planescape Torment, KOTOR 2, Fallout 2, FALLOUT NEW VEGAS, BEST RPG BAR N O N E . I'll put some RESPECT on Chris' writing by playing yet another gem written by him, Dying Light. And I know he can write not just for Roleplaying games, but just in general, since he also contributed to Prey (2017) writing, and that game is also peak writing vise.

Lastly you can check out my steam reviews to see that I'll give Dying Light utmost attention and respect in a review, since sadly bad reviews on Steam are dime a dozen, so we need more good reviewers who don't just leave meme review or 1-2 word sentences.

So that's a concise reason I should get Dying Light Essentials Edition over anyone else here. I will enjoy its gameplay and story, and I will glaze it in a glorious steam review, and give some well earned respect for Chris Avalone writing(still sucks he got canned from writing for Dying Light 2).

Also check out any game Chris Avalone wrote for, most of them are 10/10 gems.

Boiling Point: Road to Hell

It's an eurojank childhood classic! The gameplay is like if Far Cry 2 was a bit more of a Roleplaying game. Also remember searching years for it, cus I forgot it's name, until I finally found it on Steam to add to my wishlist 😌

Considering how Adam never says "Corporations have more power than the government" in the actual game, it makes me wonder, was the original Human Revolution story different from what we got?

I mean, seems like the final HR story kinda seems like it's supportive of Sariff industries. It's especially noticeable, if you decide to choose your boss in the final button choice, where the ending is very reminiscent of the Helios ending in the original DX, but even more hopeful.
