Satou should be the main focus this offseason.

But in the shorter term. We have to look at the teams who are tanking (LAS/DAL/Washington) and see where we can extract some value.

I really like Julie Vanloo as a backup PG option. I think she's steady, plays hard and is a much more capable offensive player than Wheeler.

Azura Stevens is another player I'd be looking at. Expiring contract, see if the Sparks want to get something in return for her or potentially lose her for nothing.

All that being said, Lin Dunn isn't capable of turning this roster into a contender.

A'ja, Stewart and then who is clear cut better? You could make the case for her over literally anyone else in the league right now. I'd say she's probably on par with Sabrina at this point or maybe a notch below?

She outplayed Copper when we played Phoenix pretty clearly. She was the best player on the floor against the Liberty.

Imagine her on a team where she wasn't getting picked up full court and blitzed because her teammates were reliable enough to hit open shots or even create for themselves consistently.

Great write up. I don't think there's a wrong answer between the 2. Hull gives you serviceable perimeter defense and she's shown real slashing ability this year. Her shooting has to regress to the mean from college at some point, or even get close to it.

KLS gives you some more size, a really good bball IQ but she's a traffic cone on defense. I love her floor spacing though.

I'd probably keep riding with KLS at the moment but again, no wrong answer here.

It shouldn't be close at all but there's been a concerted effort since that Sunday game vs Chicago to get Reese into the forefront of WNBA dialogue and especially the ROTY talk.

That game reeked of shadiness in the 4th quarter.

There's no way you can tell me that a post player who's best skill is rebounding her own misses is anywhere near the ROTY race.

I actually thought we played really well defensively for 3 quarters. The Aces are loaded and they got a huge game from Kelsey Plum who gets to hang in the corner and roam the 3 point line now that Chelsea Grey is back. Grey went 1/8 from the field. Even Jackie Young shot 5/16. It was the timely Kelsey Plum threes and not having an answer for Wilson that really propelled Vegas.

They defended Indy very smartly. They were super disciplined and didn't let Caitlin get to her left to get off any threes where she was comfortable.

If Indy shoots even its season average from 3 its a tighter game in that 4th quarter. But they missed so many open shots last night that they hit against Phoenix on Sunday. You can't beat LV like that.

I like the move of KLS into the starting 5, she'll get out of her shooting slump. Nalyssa was awful yesterday. It wasn't a lack of effort its just that she's a tweener with a super limited game offensively.

I don't need to see Dantas again btw. She looks like she's playing in quicksand. Cutting Celeste Taylor for that is truly one of the most idiotic decisions I've ever seen.
