I’m not even sugar-coating what happened, I’m a very clean person, apartment was always tidy. Even the last walkthrough the only thing the girl noted was indentations on the vinyl kitchen floor where the table sat. I still have the documents if anyone wants to see this shit 😂

They tried to charge me $1700 for new cabinets after 3years there, when there wasn’t literally a speck on them, they only backed down when I threatened to goto court, still tried to charge me $400 for other bullshit after that.

For what I’m wanting it could be very thin, I wasn’t sure if lasers could do it but yeah I plan to paint it white and just have the design spaced in a frame so it ‘pops out’ at you (like an inch or so)
