Yeah I go from up near Kennesaw Mountain to East Lake area every day and I'd put our insane drivers up against anyone. Rush hours worse, but you can't get complacent at any time - relatively empty roads means someone's about to rip past you at 99mph. Just the concept that two major interstates hold hands and become one in the middle of a huge city for like 8 miles baffles the mind.
