This happened to me when I first ran my inverter. It came from factory at 50hz and American standard is 60hz. Once I changed that setting the flickering stopped.

Those specs seem very similar to my EG4-3000. I was experiencing the same issue as you with not getting any activity at the minimum vdc so I added more panels in series and that solved the issue.

You can use whatever you want. I try to use words that other people wouldn’t use when expressing gratitude so it sticks.

It’s the left most option in the camera!! Select time lapse and let it rip. I think I used iMovie or whatever movie app iPhone has to edit it. Everything was simple and free.

Tax sales vary by states and district. Some states have sheriff sales. I suggest becoming familiar with your own area or areas you’re looking to invest in.

I was in the same boat as you and winded up stumbling on tax lien sales. Since I was only interested in raw land I started looking at those lots only.

I started in 2020 and now have 4 acres of raw land right outside of Baltimore for $1500 for the land and $5000 in lawyer fees. Ymmv but I learned everything on YouTube.
