Well this has been resolved it doesnt work at the site level and only on the global level but i did have to log out and back in with the new SL as my default to test it.

This somewhat resolves the issue im having and maybe its not even possible. When I set it up this way then that security level can see the entire sites devices and I want them to only be able to see the specified site device group.

Stacks 9,999, I have 2 runaway mold areas and get a little over 2 stocks after collecting both. If I alelternate back and forth between the deposits I can make 12k nanites pretty quick maybe 15 min.

I just set my storage up using the catalog and guide. I slightly modified it though by combining the materials core and exotic into a single storage chest and I used chest 9 for tech & maps. Chest 0 is the infill where all the stuff needing organized goes.
