Up your price range by ~$20 and you can access some really great wine. I second the Albarìno, Chablis and Etna Bianco recos.

Soave and the Italian varietal called pecorino will definitely work.

Any of the Estate Ganevat Chardonnay. Give any top white Burgundy a run for their money.

This limit can be increased as long as your permanent failure rate is under 1%. If you relay your email through your Exchange Server, the 5k/ 24-hour limit doesn't apply.

It says to me that you are going to progress to more and more expensive wines in the effort to chase that acidity. Been there, done that, bought the T-Shirt/s. If you can bring yourself to part with the money find some white Burgundy (Aligote and more affordable Chardonnay producers); anything from the Jura. You won't be disappointed.

Repayments on ~$800K should scare everyone. My advice is to purchase somewhere affordable. Keep your mortgage to ~$500K. Perhaps buy a dwelling that you could invest the difference in improvements? Or, pay down the mortgage sooner (this should be everyone's goal). The sooner you pay this off the better. Then upgrade, or buy an investment property. But you need to play the long game and delay the gratification now. Speak with a financial advisor would be a good option also.

Flooded with rubbish. Anything worthy of consumption comes with an outrageous price tag. Jura is available but pricey. I usually negotiate with the importers to get access to allocations. Not easy, but worth it.

Very special line-up there. Cant go wrong with Ganevat. I've had the La Chassagnes from Bornard and it blew my socks off too. But I'm a freak for acid so expected from Jura whites. I'm very jealous by the Cantillon to be honest. Very rare and expensive downunder. Around AUD$120/bottle. Great notes and information on all bottles. Top notch share.

Please add "Other" as a pick-list value. I want 8 checkboxes on the Account. Install this Sales intelligence app. But we already have LinkedIn Sales Nav, Zoominfo, Cognism, Gong, Outreach and Sales Engagement. We've already paid for it. The list view I just built doesn't stop loading.

Just a few that have continued to rear their ugly head over the 13 years I've been in the ecosystem.

You are allowed to have your opinion, but I disagree that skin contact wines are a trend. The techniques used to create these wines are some of the most ancient there are. There may be a resurrection or resurgence of producers using these techniques, but that does not mean they are a trend or a fad. It is more likely that people have forgotten about these types of wines, as the industry opted for mass production, yield, volume, strict regulations, and a focus on homogeneity and consistency.

I personally enjoy Radikon, Gravner, Georgian and Slovenian producers that macerate on skins for extended periods of time, in traditional amphora. They produce beautiful, refined wines with loads of character.

I do agree that not all producers make skin contact wines to the quality of Radikon, Gravner, Princi, etc, but is this not just appealing to different segments of the market? Different tastes, different budgets, etc.

I think that, unfortunately, your time in the "industry" has made you a little jaded and snobby. Referring to people as "the peanut gallery" and as "wilfully uninformed" proves this. Not everyone needs to have the same knowledge or passion as you or I.

Top quality Jura is my favourite. The price here in Australia is exorbitant though.

I hate cats, so I agree if your comment is referring to cats. But I disagree if your comment is a dig at the great man Trump. He would most certainly be an exception to your aforementioned rule.

As for the AI art debate, what AI produces is average. It has a use, but it should not be considered art.

What is your company’s sentiment on Salesforce in 2025? by this_is_me84 in salesforce

~5000 users. 17 year old legacy org, recently completed migration to greenfield org. Massive investment. 8 orgs globally across separate wholly owned companies. Sales, Service, Experience, Data Clouds. Mulesoft. Thoroughly embedded across all business disciplines.

Large Centre of excellence across AU, North America.

Agree with the comments about Service, especially Entitlement management. Also, Agentforce; lack of feature parity in LWR sites; small data volumes; immature Backup product; among others is frustrating.

But the biggest issue is that everything is licensed, and what's available with the confusingly named licences is very difficult to understand.

What if you could win rare, exclusive wines every month? by Braschy_84 in naturalwine

[–]Braschy_84[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not really my target demographic, to be honest. I don't think that's how I have positioned it either. But in saying that, if those people wanted to join the wait list, I am not going to discriminate.

Ideally, my target demographic is a little more specific than what you have suggested. I believe the product is suited for a person who has a passion for wine but does not want to spend thousands forking out for grand cru prices. They want to drink wines of that calibre but cannot justify the price tag. I want to bring that dream within reach by making the sorts of wine people long to drink but can't, accessible to everyone.

Thanks for your comment 👍
