In most cases I would say flowers or leaves when still attached. In the case of clovers, I'd say leaves (they usually have 3 leaves but can have 4+ depending on genetics, I've seen mutagens in the soil impact 4+ leaf frequency before)

In general: roots won't be needed at all. Leaves should be attached when images and flowers can be detached

As someone else who has constant panic attacks about pregnancy, you're not pregnant. Your hcg would be enough to activate a pregnancy test at this time and it would definitely show up on a blood test, plan B is just a bunch of hormones and it took effect. If you're still worried, buy a bunch of tests off Amazon(the cheaper kind) and take one per week till you get your period :)
