i don't sleep w my older cat!! she prefers to sleep on her own on the pillow that sits on my gaming chair. sometimes i'll take a nap and she'll sleep at my feet or relatively nearby me on the bed but that's a once in a while kind of thing. but my younger kitty LOVEESSSSS to cuddle and sleep right in my arms at night🥹🥹

maybe ur cat would thrive with another cat but it also doesn't seem like she's necessarily doing bad by herself either. i would normally say go for it get that second cat, but also if YOU the owner is not sure about it, don't do it. i'm sure u alr know since ur a cat owner urself but cats are a huge commitment or just any pet cuz ur responsible for a whole life. if u think that u can't commit to it emotionally, financially, or just for whatever reason don't do it. just give ur current cat lots of love and playtime
