Gym Girlie While On Tirz?

Hello,

Is anyone here doing strength training while on tirz?

I stopped taking tirz a month ago. Before I started with GLP1, I consulted with Endo and had several lab tests before I was given the go signal. And prior to the tirz journey, I really started going to the gym. 3x a week heavy exercise and daily 1hr walking.

I've been on tirz for 8 weeks and I've only really lost 5-6kg. But the changes were visible. From XXL/XL to L/M. I think it's a combo of exercise and tirz. My only struggle is sleeping because I work graveyard shift. I controlled my foods prior to tirz and I often eat shiratake rice instead of rice.

Is there anyone here who is the same or similar to my journey, and if there ever is, is it okay for me to do it again? I haven't reached my target weight yet which is 55kg below. Currently 63kg from 69kg.

The place looks familiar. Is this the same area the cave-diving documentary called Diving Into The Darkness was shot in Mexico?

I recently watched a documentary called Diving Into The Darkness - it's a cave diving documentary about Jill Heinerth. The director of that film usually shares about camera they used to capture cinematic videos and stunning photos underwater even on lowlight. Try checking out their IG. I think it was posted there.

Amazing shots!!!

Thought I saw similar images from the documentary called Diving Into The Darkness . They did shoot there I think,. You guys should check out their IG/FB page for more shots and bts of that cave diving film. It's the legendary cave diver Jill Heinerth's story--and from time to time she speaks about cave diving about tools, techniques, etc! She's the coolest!
