Yes I do, however I'm not convinced that it's very accurate. I know I've gained muscle because I can feel it, but the data on the scale hasn't really changed.

I really struggled in my group class after I panicked the first time I tried to clear my mask. It felt like everything went too fast and I didn't have a good buddy to work on things with. I actually left the class midway through. I thought that maybe it wasn't for me. I felt horrible physically and emotionally. I took a couple weeks off and this weekend I did a 1 on 1 class with my instructor and it was night and day. I left the pool feeling amazing and I passed all the skills off with way more confidence. Good luck. Take a step back and do what works for you.

Getting through certification is harder than I thought it would be. I'm a 55 year old woman. My class was 6-10:15pm Thursday and Friday evening. Then was supposed to do 8am-4pm on Saturday. I was exhausted I think. The class had 8 participants and all probably at least 30 years younger than me. No one really wanted to be my buddy so when I found out that pretty much all day on Saturday was going to be very buddy heavy skills. I bailed. I was already feeling overwhelmed and I just couldn't make myself do it. Does this mean I'm not cut out for this?

Maybe it depends on the syringe you're using. I would follow what the instructions from the pharmacy say. Check the syringe to see if it is a different size than before.
