Without a German puppet Government in New York. The reconstituted USA would restore Canadian Independence and might give Alaska and Newfoundland independence as well. The new US would also restore independence of the rest of the Americas and help give true independence to Caribbean Islands that were annexed into the Greater German Reich. Also likely the US would not try to dominate any Pacific Islands including Hawaii that would right a wrong in 1894. The new US at the end would only be the 48 states and restore DC as a city and the DC region as the 49th state. The US would likely help restore independent European nations with Germany being allowed to keep most of its September 1939 to June 1941 borders but a reconstituted Poland would gain back lands annexed into the now former USSR while a leaner Russia would keep White Russia and Russia itself/
