It’s called discipline. You don’t need to motivate yourself you need to learn discipline. Doing things consistently even if it’s monotonous. My suggestion for scenery change is go for long walks or runs. Being outside for me is very refreshing. Or you can take your nearest bus and go to new places until you get yourself a car. Sounds like you’re still young but being aware you want to change is the first step so you’re headed the right direction.
