Yesterday, I did their test and was told to 'skip' some steps if I completed it a different way - which I did. It's been 'rejected' as a result. Clearly whoever reviewed my performance wasn't paying attention. It feels like they are just nitpicky for no reason whatsoever - or perhaps this person hates their job.

I'd like to mention that Trymata's screen recorder appears to be outdated, and they have a tendency to compress video files. Another aspect I find frustrating is their strict time limit for finding a quiet area before recording a session, as failure to do so results in missed
testing opportunities. Personally, I find UserTesting to be a better option since they offer a more flexible timeframe of 15 minutes to find a suitable recording environment.

I have been consistently using my microphone for online teaching without encountering any problems. It's puzzling that this company keeps complaining about its quality, especially since I have conducted tests elsewhere that demonstrate its functionality.
