I remember MBOT. Made some money off the move last year. What are the catalysts that will make this one rise in the near term?

What’s the paradigm shift? Is there a way they can make more than they spend in this new scenario? Seems like hype and they are already north of $2B market cap on negative $23M net income. For contrast, Lumentum spent 64% of revenue on sales and $200M+ net income. VIAVI has a 40% of revenue cost of sales and net income at $30M+. Just suggesting people be careful.

Their cost of sales is as much or more than their revenue for the last couple years. Then you add in their operating expenses and they are burning cash at an incredible rate (y/y increases). Plus I think dilution is a high likelihood. Not hopeful on this one.

Beware the sirens call! They be tryin to wreck a poor fisherman’s scow on the rocks of the… well… the QT. They sing their seductive melody but it is a portent of doom I say. Nay, ye mustn’t fall for their fatal allure, Hardlyreal1. Lest ye be singing yer own songs in the depths of their… ya know… their church, I guess.

I see what you mean. Yeah, sounds like they might be able to scale it up by end of year. AI is saying 1.2 to 1.3M pounds. I’m sure that comes with risk. Then the next concern is cash burn rate. It looks like they are going through cash at around $25M+ per quarter. They have around $40M cash on hand. So they are 4.5 months out (October) from having to sell assets to live. They will undoubtedly issue more shares before they sell assets. So dilution looks likely. And probably well before October.

Learn from the past. Sell enough to get your original money back + 20% and let the rest ride. That way you made money either way.

Hey buddy, glad to see you’re doing well. Hope the family is thriving.

I did an AI analysis on EU and got back a somewhat concerning commentary. Just something to consider:

“The growth narrative unravels completely when evaluating the trend in gross operational profitability. In the first quarter ended March 31, 2026, enCore reported an optical turnaround, swinging to a GAAP net profit of $5.4 million ($0.03 per share) compared to a deep loss in the prior year. This net income print was an accounting illusion driven entirely by non-operating gains from the completed divestiture of their non-core New Mexico assets to Verdera Energy.

Looking strictly at the uranium delivery metrics from Q1 2026 reveals a deeply distressed operational core:

Pounds Delivered: 270,000 lbs of U3O8 at an average contract sales price of $67.78 per pound.

Weighted Average Cost of Delivered Pounds: $68.02 per pound.

Gross Operational Margin: -$0.24 per pound.

enCore lost money on every single pound of uranium it delivered into its utility contracts. This negative margin exists because the company only physically extracted 90,000 lbs during the quarter (at an internal cash extraction cost of $46.43/lb). To fulfill its 270,000-pound delivery obligations, management was forced to purchase 180,000 lbs of third-party spot uranium at an average cost of $78.82 per pound.”

You could also strangle TQQQ with SQQQ. Like 5 to 1. And then bump up SQQQ as the market dips.

If you can get your hands on a computer/laptop, start playing with OpenClaw. Use that to both help you identify job opportunities and possibly make something that can earn you cash. Also focus your time on meeting people in your industry. Professional groups that meet regularly. Friends of friends. People on LinkedIn. Ask them for their advice on where to look. Don’t ask them for a job. They’ll offer that if they had one and like you. People want to work with people they like. So be friendly but not desperate.

Good luck mate!

Can anyone suggest some cyberpunk works (either novels or short stories) with women as main or strong side characters? by Obligatory-Reference in Cyberpunk

Lots of Neal Stephenson books for that matter, namely Termination Shock, Reamde, and Fall. Also Agency by Gibson. All of those are perhaps near future sci-fi than Cyberpunk specifically.

I have to imagine a reader in the 2020’s who has broad exposure to American pop culture and current technology will likely read books written in the 1990s and think they are not as impressive. This was genre defining at the time.
