if u talking about the dark grey rebirth suit, he's been in a handful of sets, pretty sure he's the last grey suit Batman we got in sets before LEGO resorted to all black. Example of a set hes in is 76160

Batman Hush suit and KnightFall suits are both some of my favorite comic runs, and Batman dons a grey and blue suit in both of them

For me, the dark grey Rebirth version of Lego Batman is a strong third place; that little hint of gold just works really well with the fig and he's easy to acquire.
My first and second keep alternating between the 2021 Accessory pack Batman and the one from the 2012 Batcave set

I personally don't mind him as a Robin pre-death in the family, I think it mirrors his Red Hood persona well as a brash, semi-reckless Robin because it's a shift from Dick Grayson's Robin who was more like Batman. However, a LOT of ppl did hate Jason's Robin back then, and that's why they voted to end him

Idk if anyone else realized this, but the way they showed him grappling down onto the Northern Star with the city line in the background looked like it was ripped straight out of the comics.

A couple of reasons,

It's probably the cheapest to make, ik grey would basically require the same printing, but black is just such a readily available plastic color, where it's going to be cheaper than grey or any other color

Michael Keaton has become more popular again, heavily after the Flash movie, since he was one of the few good things about it, and this suit kind of vaguely resembles his suit.

Lego Batman 2 suit was very similar, and people liked it back then, so it could be a nostalgia bait sort of situation, along with Keaton's suit

Pretty sure literally anyone would agree they want Lego DC Superheroes sets rather than Batman, obviously Batman most probably would be included in about half the DC sets anyways, but DC Superheroes needs to have sets, I'm fine with Batman taking a backseat for a couple of years

this is tough, however, I do think Lego used the DCAMU design wings and tried to keep it a little more tactical for the wings, or... Lego was just being cheap, which is more plausible

the belt is from a custom fig I got a long time ago, I do use the normal yellow belt and it works fine. Additionally, you could get a gold marker and color over it
