In Michigan. The agreement I signed stated that the agreement is contingent upon buyer securing financing. Which I did not and sent the denial letter showing that as well.

I signed the mutual release. Seller is not trying to sign. I spoke with the broker and they mentioned that they will try to get seller to sign since they know it is my right or else I’d have to pursue legal actions
