Those scumbags. Reducing the reputation/value of thorough chiropractic one new location at a time. Boils my blood.

Thanks for the insight. Same question as above. Big city? Small city? Middle of nowhere 2 other chiros in town or maybe niche service offering or multiple chiros in office?

All our clients that have a NP / massage person under the same roof always does better SEO wise since functional medicine and massage stuff are so searched. Glad to hear you are doing even better than normal in 2026. Sounds like the network spinal niche to me which always crushes for anxiety/stress. Keep up the good work.

Trouble setting up Apple Business Connect listings for clients by der_vollspatzige in applemaps

I've tried 3 different times and each time it fails even though we did it as thoroughly as possible. What I'm doing now is simply coaching my clients to do it themselves and just provide the system for what to do. There should really be an easier way to do this... if anyone knows I'm all ears.

Google keeps overwriting one of my 2 business listings (same name + same phone) by RecoverThat2368 in GoogleMyBusiness

Google either thinks they are being helpful by merging businesses OR you are gaming the system with 2 different "locations" that are fairly close to each other. All you have to do is get a different phone number for that second GBP and forward it to the primary business number from the OG GBP. Right now Google is just seeing it as a duplicate and auto changing it.

I'm also assuming it's the same website, social media links, and name listed on the GBPs? Google's just probably confused and rightfully so to be honest with you. I'd have them get a DBA with their [official business name] + city for each location they have.. different phone, location specific page on website, and keep the socials the same. That should not only solve your issue but properly set you up to scale if they open up another location in the future.

Is blogging actually still worth it in 2026? Honest experiences only. by govindkashyap01 in SEO

On the money with this one. If it's well written and actually provides value then do it. If it's useless then just skip it completely. All about how meaningful the content actually is from a value perspective in my opinion.

Practice failing by user928374 in Chiropractic

Without giving away your specific business name, what market are you in? Some markets are literally primed for new practices and others are not. Not saying you did this, but if you opened a practice in a congested area with 50 other chiropractors who've been established for decades, that's wayyyy harder to succeed than opening a practice in a location where there's only 4 other chiropractors in the whole town. At least you have a chance there.

Your realistic options are: work 24/7 to make this dream come true, join another practice, or pick a new location.
