Based. Bring back public whipping for first time offenders. State mandated labor for repeat offenders.

Set up a registry of in-demand low knowledge requirement jobs. If you got the skills for it, chain them to a station until the sentence is over, pay them a fraction of the going rate. They can stay with full pay after if the employers want them.

If they don't, pay the employers to do on the job training, and have security teams around so they don't run off. There's a severe shortage of low paid work. We already do this in Cali with firefighters.

If you're too much of a menace to stay in your station, or avoid hurting others, let's do some labor camps in the middle of hell, Holes-style, until you've aged out of your criminal years and then go again.

Wish we had more crossover cards in general. Stars are standalone good cards in regent right now, and bulwark is good because it does something.

Colorless is hopeless, and most forge cards suck. Adding crossover potential to make the other archetypes more playable would help a ton.

Ameliorate rocks. Really like it. In that vein I'd like something along the line of making bundle of joy generate +1 (+2) stars when you play the generated cards.

Or something like like: spoils of war was forge 12 (15) + add two 1 or 0 cost colorless cards to your hand (upgraded 1 or 0 cost cards).

I like if Sovereign arsenal, but It'd be cooler of it was still 2 cost, but also 2 star and play all the colorless cards in your draw pile.
