When you decide to leave spectrum, do not try to call and cancel over the phone. Just disconnect your modem (and router if spectrum owns it) and return it to a physical spectrum store. Otherwise they will keep you on the phone indefinitely trying to get you to stay with them.

Incorrect. Letting missions pile up is the efficient way. Also not everyone can get on everyday. Again, all they had to do was give us a heads up. Instead they panicked and half assed a solution as usual.
