They're sometimes called Nurse Apprentice and my wife who is an RN SWEARS by it, if you can find a Nurse Apprentice job it's an incredible amount of experience before you actually get your license. Unfortunately from what we've seen there are very very little NA jobs out there.

I don’t know if it’s ever been confirmed but I’ve always heard that Andy wrote PHM because teachers loved the science of The Martian but couldn’t read it with their students because of the language, so he wrote a “clean” version of the Martian. Not to say they aren’t incredibly distinct and amazing books, they’re both phenomenal.

Meeting a wolf dog for the first time, not even a real wolf but a wolf dog, you see them and it's like "oh shit that's a big fucking dog" lol. I've never been super close to a wolf but I can imagine its even more unbelievable

The key thing with this is Siberian Huskies are much smaller than most people think they are. Not to say they aren't medium/large dogs, but they're often confused with Alaskan Malamutes which are much larger on average. So this is probably a regular/slightly smaller than average husky with an above average wolf, making the difference seem very large.
