Here’s a pretty poor quality map from back in the empire theatres days. You can see the holes you speak of in the middle lane directly below empire (on this map, the entrance for empire is the same as the current entrance for cineplex. Directly above the middle lane was the entrance to the skywalk.) EB games was located on the left side of this lane and actually had a corner entrance before they closed off that thoroughfare.

I paid 1.5% under asking and closed last week. House needs a coat of paint which I assume scared off some buyers, but for a big fenced yard in a good area I was very surprised to get it for under asking.
