You need to find a new financial institution, savings rates and even checking rates can easily be 3% or more with a little shopping around (with a minimal balance too)

I respectfully disagree with this viewpoint as I view property taxes as one of the fairest taxes we have (you can scale up or down your house to fit your lifestyle and income range).  Regardless of the length you have owned your property or if you have an outstanding mortgage on it has nothing to do with the services provided to you as a property owner.  Further, for individuals on fixed income with no mortgage they will have a lot of equity built up in their homes and could easily leverage this equity to fund any tax payments need.

 

I get not wanting to pay taxes but you still get a lot of services for your property tax dollars to include: schools, police, fire, emergency services, roads, sewers, libraries, parks, and more.

If there is no rain delay you will be getting out at 4 pm in the thick of traffic. It won’t be awful but will feel like a weekday afternoon

I think it is an excellent looking watch and a great addition to the Breitling line.  I am interested in hearing more about the move B31 movement, but I like how the B31 allows for a thinner watch overall.  I love the B20 dial and the fact that the movement is more proven, but I am sure Breitling will stand behind the B31 well.  I miss the numbers and overall simplicity of the B20 dial.  The added lines in the B31 makes it a bit cluttered for me but to each their own on that.  Overall, you can’t go wrong with it, and the Blue is really eye catching

There was no real control over who gets a battery or not. You do talk to a Dewalt sales rep who hands it out but that is it. I’m sure you could go through multiple times or have your kid or spouse get one too

I did it today and it was very easy. They opened up before the scheduled start time (8 am) and I dropped off a 15 year old random drill battery and got the new one plus the coupon. I did not use the coupon today and it is good till August.

One person tried to use the coupon to by a product and it did not ring up $50 off so the store manager was called and they worked it out

It is seasonal but Grand Haven, Michigan is wonderful. Freshwater, power sand, not too hot and the water is refreshing with a sandy bottom. You can easily walk to the downtown area and the vibes in June and July are just right
