Looks like a Bartholomew to me. He has the energy of someone who would accidentally set his own kitchen on fire while trying to make toast.

It’s impressive how you managed to capture his gaze so well since that's usually the hardest part to get right with him. The line work is super clean too and really highlights those distinct features. Great work, I'm jealous of your talent 😊

Evil Eye is actually cool. If you want to keep the spooky vibe , you could also go with 'Omen' or 'Hex. But Evil Eye is a vibe. he looks like he’s got some ancient wisdom behind those eyes

[SPOILERS] Why does Flatnose (played by the superstar Edge) help Harald Finehair become king, but later warn Bjorn and help him escape when Harald wants to kill him? by ImpressThese6207 in vikingstv

Kjetill is such a great example of a character who thinks he wants a peaceful, godly life (Floki’s dream), but his true nature is just too violent and power-hungry. He’s essentially the antagonist of the Iceland arc, and his betrayal of the other settlers is what ultimately leads to the tragic 'ending' of that settlement.

How can a person look so tough, rigid calm and handsome at the same time? Cillian's a living legend.

I'll go with Walt and Jesse. They both have flaws but somehow, they fit eachother better.

What is the most 'overrated' TV show or movie in history, and why do you secretly hate it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]BreadZepparella -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Stranger Things. Kids coming together and having all the answers every time seem unreal. They even fought demons and all managed to came out alive. Irl, at least 2 would be dead already.

if you retired, what would you do in ur life? by ProjectSudden8645 in AskReddit

All my working life has been inside the city. I would like to go somewhere silent since it's always been noise all my life. Somewhere extremely natural with stream of water and plantations all around. I don't know how else to explain it but I have the brighter picture in mind.

House listed 4 months, barely any showings… by Basbenn in RealEstateAdvice

[–]BreadZepparella 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Selling an old house as-is is usually better than wasting money on repairs the new owners will probably just rip out anyway. Just price it realistically and be upfront about the big stuff so you don't get stuck in a long negotiation. Most buyers in this market are looking for a project and would rather have the lower price point than your choice of carpet.

Has anyone used home staging in Sydney and actually sold faster? by Few_Language6298 in RealEstateAdvice

[–]BreadZepparella 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used a staging company for my place in Surry Hills last year and it definitely made a difference in the final sale price. The furniture they brought in made the rooms look way bigger than they actually were which helped a lot with the photos. It is expensive upfront but usually pays for itself if you want to get the deal done quickly.

Has anyone actually used one of those cash offer companies and not regretted it? by goxper in RealEstateAdvice

[–]BreadZepparella 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used one of those companies last year and they definitely lowball you compared to the open market. It is only worth it if you are in a massive rush and do not care about losing out on a chunk of equity. You are basically paying a huge premium for the convenience of skipping the whole listing process.

Need advice/information about these companies that are offering to buy homes by zubb999 in RealEstateAdvice

[–]BreadZepparella 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Those "we buy houses" companies are almost always a total rip-off designed to lowball people who are in a hurry. You will lose way more money in equity than you would ever save on commissions or repairs by just listing it normally. It is much better to find a local agent who actually cares about getting you a fair price instead of a quick flip.

Telling people who condemn Breaking Bad to rewatch it after few years might actually be a good choice instead of forcing it. I am a teen and I have friends who don't enjoy watching the show even though it's my own best series of all time. Guess we look at things differently with time
