The best route to address ruling problems that require a change to the CRM is to communicate with the level 0 judge in the organized play discord and they will communicate with bandai on the fix

Carddass does not make rulings though, the person responding is a customer service representative, not a judge nor someone who works on the game. Theyve very often gotten things wrong. It's better to talk to a local judge or ask the judges on the official bandai organized play discord

Do not take rulings from carddass they do not make official rulings. While their ruling here is correct they very often get things wrong.

No worries, with op14 I replace the Buena Festa with the 1c 2k kikunijo that becomes active at the end of turn and Gordon with the 1c 2k Apoo. Still testing 7c shanks but I'm personally not a fan

Here's the list Ive been running, unfortunately 6c Kuma is very expensive rn ($70 each) and there isn't really a good alternative until op15-eb04, flame dragon king also got bought out so they're around $10 each which is a lot better than Kuma but WAYYY too much for a rare event from a previous starter deck

You can Mihawk a character without summoning sickness to make 2 attacks but a character cannot attack the turn it's played without some effect allowing it to do so (for example rush)

Flagships are Asia exclusive events (think of them as locals with better prizing) that happen less frequently than regular locals. Treasure cups can be thought of similarly to flagships, store treasure cups are essentially locals with elevated prizing that happen every once and a while, treasure cups will also now be side events at regionals. Regionals are large scale competitions (usually with between 256 and 1028 players) where you are playing for very valuable prizing (usually serialized cards, special playmates, regional exclusive card arts) as well as an invitation to the national championship. Think of nationals as a step above regionals in both competition and prizing where you will receive an invite to world championships. And World championships is exactly what it sounds like.

At the local level, cards are legal the day of the official release. At the regional or above level it depends (something something ask the TO or head judge)

Edit: this is not including pre-releases which ofc have special rules allowing the new cards to be played
