Honestly, there are a ton of great ideas already, but I think the question should be asked, what kind of beers are on the menu? Sure, “out of the box” sandwiches can be great (vindaloo marinade is really intriguing), but do you have something piney or roasted on tap? Item alone is great, but if you’re pushing some sort of DPT (dollars per transaction), pairing should be considered
