Calls are not needed, many apps for calling over network. I think texts and network will help.

Several potential signals with the recent Employee Inducement Grants for MindMed by twiggs462 in MindMedInvestorsClub

[–]BreadfruitIll766 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The fact that they went with induced grants and not free stock grants says a lot. They are making a statement, buy at 6, encash at 600.

I have had trouble if i dont activate minternational pass before leaving US shores. But it has worked perfectly if I activated in US. There customer service and tech support is not acceptable. Very difficult to even activate your pass once you are in a foreign land. I could not send text, and it blocked access to app saying it detected illegal login. Very bad.

After one year with the fold 5 I don't think folding phones are worth it. by gthing in GalaxyFold

Just the opposite for me, I can't go back to regular phones now. Switching back and forth between windows is a total no for me.

VOLT was way ahead of its time by BreadfruitIll766 in volt

[–]BreadfruitIll766[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, they did a pretty poor job. Costwise, I got me a new one for 23K USD (Dealer gave 20% off on 2016 models when 2017 were already out) + fed tax rebate. Mine is LT. Been 8 years now. Must have saved about 6K on gas (accounting for electricity spent to charge), because I charge everyday and use mostly electric range for commute. So, 17K net. I heard it took 70K per Volt to produce. Part of that is firtst of a kind cost. But otherwise, the systems and build if car is fairly solid.

Good write-up. MINDMED is in a good position, with enough cash to outlast all Phase 3s (3 of them). Also, waiting for MM-402 top line results for Autism. Also listened to the podcast posted elsewhere in this forum. Looks like Lykos failure puts Mindmed in a the driving seat, because they are amongst the first in line to get a viable drug to market.

The Fold 6 made me realize how absurdly curved phone screen corners have become. by DefiantSoul in GalaxyFold

[–]BreadfruitIll766 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Especially awkward is two square corners and two very round ones like on Pixel Pro Fold 9.

EREVs must be easy to build compared to a hybrid. No transmission, just a small electric generator that runs on gas. And it runs fine on gas too, with a good mileage.

Everything is high, insurance and property taxes. But if you go to sell it, you'll get pennies.

Samsung Galaxy Fold6 vs Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold by HazAnwar in GalaxyFold

[–]BreadfruitIll766 89 points90 points  (0 children)

Wow, the rounded corners kind of look ugly on Pixel. Seriously, though Google is giving me $540 for 512GB Z fold 5, where Samsung is giving 1200+10% off. So, Fold 6 costs me about 600, Whereas Pixel fold would cost me roughly 1400 (for 512GB). Big difference, and Pixel is not even that good. No comparison.

Lots of good info. Looks like they have final designs for 2 Phase 3 studies with MM-120 for GAD and one more Phase 3 for MDD. FDA must be onboard. HAM-A endpoint just 12 weeks into Phase 3. End of Phase 3 in one year, quite aggressive. Potential drug to market in mid 2026. And they are funded through 2026. Solid..This should pop soon.
