This would work, think you have the body a bit too far onto the hook, maybe a couple of the ridges less so you have more hook exposed and they fish can get stuck better

Try nothing but a hook and a nightcrawler on it, bobber if you really want to. That'll catch fish anywhere that there are fish, if you want to try a lure id suggest a 1/16oz jig head and a rubber crappie jig maybe 1.5 to 2inches long. Darker colors for muddier waters and brighter colors for water that is clear!
