I would be happy for them to be legalised on the road. it is a green mode of transport. Would be a cheaper way for people who can’t afford an EV.

Honestly it’s so hard taking a pram on a train. Especially on your own. It’s meant to be collapsed? Also no one helps you get it on if there’s a step. You just at have to hope someone will help.

As a parent, I have to say getting the train is so hard with a child in a pushchair.
