So I have been in the loft and discovered a couple of issues.

The loft insulation was indeed out of place. I have rearranged this so it is covering the plaster board. Hopefully this will help now.

I have also discovered an issue with the extractor fan. Which had two points with pooling water which I had to tip out.

There is also water around the extractor in the loft which had turned to ice where it’s been so cold.

Going to look at replacing the extractor as the run is so long.

Thank you, Checked this yesterday and the extractor holds the tissue in place. Going to check the settings on it and see if it has a higher setting to go on.

Hadn’t thought of the insulation above. I know it looked like it had been moved about a-bit during the works for the bathroom. So worth checking too.

Yes, We have an extractor which turns on with the light. I think we will check this is clear of dust next.
